Seize . The . Day

This quote, attributed to the Ramblers’ Society of England hangs from the inside of my front door, greeting me on my way out.

I love it because it reminds me that I can indeed make the most of any day; no matter the weather, time, season or my mood. It fills me with courage and enthusiasm. It eliminates any excuse that raises its head. It provides me with armour to simply get out and make the most of whatever the day offers. 

Reading and following its inherent message, I am transformed into THE person who gets out and walks and lives and breathes each day, anew. And, if I can do that; maybe, just maybe, I can do other things too.
