I am often reminded of the incredible power of music and lyrics.

I imagine that we all have our own treasure chest filled with various songs our life has collected over the years; 

songs of love,

songs of loss,

songs of heartbreak,

songs of joy,

songs of sorrow

songs of family,

songs of teenage angst,

songs of longing,

songs of celebration,

songs of self-awareness,

songs of independence.

Sometimes the songs that we connect with are not because they are linked to a memory but because their message is something that we need to learn.
